Regional and California prices are steady. The undertone is steady to weak. Supplies and offerings range light to heavy, mostly moderate. The national shell egg inventory decreased 2.2 percent from the previous week. Retail demand is moderate to good. Food service demand remains light to moderate. Market activity is slow to moderate. Breaking stock supplies are light to moderate for mixed breaking schedules. The national breaking stock inventory is 12.4 percent lower than last week. Spent hen offerings are light to moderate for a light demand.
