USDA to Conduct Vote on Cranberry Marketing Order
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) today announced that it will conduct a referendum among cranberry producers June 9-30, 2023, to determine their level of support for continuing the federal marketing order regulating the handling of cranberries grown in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Oregon, Washington, and Long Island, New York.

The new price formulas was reflected in the May Advanced Class I Skim Milk Price that was announced on April 17, 2019.
Variety Naming
The owner must establish and provide a variety name that does not conflict with an existing name for that crop and provide a variety name clearance document with the application. If a variety has been sold, then the name of the variety in the sale must be used.
