The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Marketing Service has corrected the docket ID for the proposed rule to decrease the assessment rate prescribed under the federal marketing order regulating the handling of walnuts grown in California.
The correct docket ID is AMS-SC-17-0035. The docket number has been updated at Regulations.gov. The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 21, 2017. Written comments must be received by September 19, 2017.
