On February 6, USDA issued a Notice (pdf) delaying the California federal milk marketing order proceeding.
On Tuesday, February 13, at 4:00 p.m Eastern (1:00 p.m. Pacific) USDA will host a conference call for stakeholders with Stephen Vaden, Office of the General Counsel, to further explain the reasoning behind the delay.
