AMENDMENT NO. 1
AGRICULTURAL MARKETING SERVICE MASTER SOLICITATION
FOR COMMODITY PROCUREMENTS APRIL 2015
This amendment is issued to make changes to the Master Solicitation, as follows:
- 1.Change the statement under Section VI.E, second paragraph, last statement, to read:
- 2.See Section XI.A, FAR Clause 52.211-11, of the Master Solicitation for liquidated damages.
- 3.Delete the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes 424510 – Grain and Field Bean Merchant Wholesalers (Dry Beans and Legumes) and 112310 – Shelled Eggs and replace them with 311999 – Corn Syrup, Eggs Products, and Dry Beans and Legumes. Also, delete NAICS code 424480 - Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Wholesalers (including Bulk) and replace it with 311991 – Perishable Prepared Food Manufacturing (Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, Fresh Sliced Apples, Baby Carrots, etc.).
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
