USDA Fruit and Vegetable Industry Advisory Committee Meeting


The 2013 -2015 Fruit and Vegetable Industry Advisory Committee met September 15-16, 2015, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington D. C. This was the third meeting of the 2013-2015 Committee. The Committee approved eleven (11) recommendations that were sent to the Secretary for his review and consideration.  These recommendations were initially researched and developed by two of the six working groups that make up the Committee:  the Food Safety/FSMA Working Group and the Ports of Entry Inspection Delays Working Group.  Minutes from this meeting will be posted upon approval of the Committee.
