Growers’ Agents’ Responsibilities Under the PACA

The PACA requires that growers and their agents live up to the terms of their agreements and provides a forum that can be used to resolve any disputes that may arise.  This brochure provides an overview of the required duties and responsibilities required by an agent acting on behalf of a grower.
