USDA Announces Appointments to the Cattlemen’s Beef Promotion and Research Board

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) today announced the appointment of 40 members to serve on the Cattlemen’s Beef Promotion and Research Board. Thirty-nine members will serve three-year terms and one member will serve a one-year term. The term of board members appointed to three-year terms start February 2023 and end February 2026.

Pre-Solicitation Announcement for Section 32 Purchase of Catfish Products

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) today announced plans to purchase Catfish Products for distribution to various food nutrition assistance programs. Purchases will be made under the authority of Section 32 of the Act of August 24, 1935, with the purpose to encourage the continued domestic consumption of these products by diverting them from the normal channels of trade and commerce.

USDA Announces Appointments to the American Egg Board

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) today announced the appointment of 10 members and nine alternates to serve on the American Egg Board. Eighteen members and alternates will serve two-year terms and one member will serve a one-year term. The term of members and alternates members appointed to two-year terms start March 2023 and end March 2025.
