​​Farmers Market and Local Food Promotion Program (FMLFPP) FY2024 Grant Review 

General Information

FMPP offers four types of projects, 36-month Capacity Building, 36-month Community Development Training and Technical Assistance, 24-month Turnkey Marketing and Promotion, and 24-month Turnkey Recruitment and Training. Capacity Building projects range from $50,000 to $250,000, while Community Development Training and Technical Assistance projects range from $100,000 to $500,000. Each of the turnkey project options are available for a defined set of activities, with funding amounts ranging from $50,000 and $100,000.

  • June 17, 2024: FMPP Grant Review Programmatic Training with the Federal Staff (Chairpersons and Reviewers) | 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Eastern) Webinar link and conference line will be provided
  • June 17, 2024: LFPP Grant Review Programatic Training with the Federal Staff (Chairpersons and Reviewers) | 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Eastern) Webinar link and conference line will be provided
  • June 17, 2024: ARM Session Opens. Applications are made available to reviewers electronically, via the ARM system.
  • June 17, 2024 – July 15, 2024: Reviewers and Panel Chairs read applications. Reviewers score/write comments.
  • June 20, 2024: Office Hours with the Federal Staff - Webinar link and conference line to be provided
  • June 24, 2024: Scores and comments for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd applications due in the ARM system | 5:00 PM (Eastern)
  • July 1, 2024: Office Hours with the Federal Staff - Webinar link to be provided
  • July 2, 2024: Scores and comments for the 4th, 5th & 6th applications due in the ARM system | 5:00 PM (Eastern)
  • July 11, 2024: Scores and comments for the 7th and 8th applications due in the ARM system | 3:00 PM (Eastern)
  • July 12, 2024: Reviewers and Chairpersons re-submit all recommended edits provided by the Panel Manager
  • July 15, 2024: Review Director approves all Panel Summary Reports | 5:00 PM (Eastern)
  • July 15, 2024: ARM Session Closes | 5:00 PM (Eastern)
