Critical Dates

• February 15, 2024: ARM Session Opens at 5:00 PM (ET). Applications are made available to reviewers electronically via the ARM system.
• February 20, 2024: Office hours for Chairpersons and Reviewers - link to be provided by email | 1:00 PM (EST)
• February 21, 2024: Scores and comments for applications 1-3 due in the ARM system | 6:00 PM (ET)
• February 22, 2024: Chairperson Submits the Panel Summary Report for Applications 1-3 to the Panel Manager | 9:00 PM (ET)
• February 29, 2024: Office hours for Chairpersons and Reviewers - link to be provided by email | 1:00 PM (EST)
• February 28, 2024: Scores and comments for applications 4-6 due in the ARM system (All scores and comments must be entered in the ARM system by this time) | 9:00 PM (ET)
• February 29, 2024: Chairpersons submit the Panel Summary Report for Applications 4-6 to the Panel Manager | 9:00 PM (ET)
• March 6, 2024:  Final Panel Summary Reports due to Panel Manager by 5:00 PM (ET)
• March 7 - 11, 2024: Chairpersons and Reviewers revisit all scores and comments as necessary
• March 12, 2024: Review Directors approve all Panel Summary Reports and ARM Session Closes | 5:00 PM (ET)
